Wind and Solar farm infographics

Commissioned by Enel Green Energy's (now Potentia Energy) renewable project communications team, I was tasked with creating visually engaging and informative infographics for two of their major developments: the Girgarre Solar Farm (Victoria) and Flat Rocks Wind Farm Stage 1 (Western Australia).

Girgarre Solar Farm – Visualizing Scale & Impact

For this 93 MW solar project near Shepparton, Victoria, I designed two infographics that clearly communicates the scale of the initiative—featuring 169,000 solar panels generating 200 GWh annually, enough to power over 43,000 homes. The first balances data with approachable visuals to help non-technical audiences understand the environmental and economic benefits of the farm. The Site Layout map offers a comprehensive overview of the project's infrastructure, illustrating key components such as photovoltaic modules, the substation, operations and maintenance facility, access roads, and proposed battery energy storage system. It also highlights surrounding landmarks, including the nearby towns of Stanhope and Shepparton, providing context for the farm's location and scale.

Flat Rocks Wind Farm Stage 1 – Infrastructure Meets Community

I designed a cohesive set of infographics to support stakeholder engagement and community communication for Potentia Energy’s Flat Rocks Wind Farm Stage 1 project in Western Australia.

Wind Turbine Factsheet: Highlighted technical specs of the Vestas turbines, including blade length, hub height, and energy output (315 GWh/year).

Project Layout Map: Illustrated the full site footprint—turbine placement, access roads, and substations across the 30 km² site.

Project Overview Factsheet: Summarized key data points, including wind speeds, generation capacity (75.6 MW), and the development timeline.

Transport Logistics Diagram: Mapped the route and logistics of delivering oversized turbine components from port to site.

These infographics were designed for clarity, accessibility, and consistency—translating complex engineering and logistics into visuals that informed and engaged both technical and non-technical audiences.

Across both projects, my design approach focused on storytelling through data—creating clear, cohesive visuals that align with Potentia Energy’s brand and mission to lead Australia toward a greener energy future.
